What jobs are you interested in doing at the artma event?
General Help: Bus food, drinks, glass etc. Check restrooms to ensure clean, clear cocktail tables and help set up for live auction
Greeter: Welcome and direct guests
Coat Check: Check and return guests’ coats
Information Booth: Sell artma t-shirts, sell butterflies, share artist information, share MAF information
TIPS Certified Bartender: Manage bars and serve drinks to guests as necessary
Server: Assist restaurant vendors with service to guests
Gallery Management: Gallery Captains and Bid Sheet Runners
Artwork Management: Assist with gallery direction, assist guests with bidding during auction and direct questions about art
Artwork Fulfillment and Wrapping: Move artwork from galleries to check-out area and wrap artwork and tag it for guests
Trash: Remove trash throughout the event
Check-out: Assist guests with check out and receiving their art
Teardown: Assist with immediate event teardown and clean up

Prize Pull Monitor: Accept payment and oversee number pulls and prize fulfillment
Silent Auction Monitor: Verify bids, answer questions, close bidding, enter winner info, manage checkout and auction fulfillment
Contender Support: Assist food and beverage vendors, restock supplies, help serve guests as needed
TIPS Certified Bartender: Serve beer or liquor at vendor stations
Clean Team: Maintain event cleanliness, manage water stations
Vote Counter: Collect and tally contender votes
