I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily offering my services as a volunteer for the 21st annual Morgan Adams Concours d’Elegance (the “Event”), scheduled to take place from Friday, August 22-Sunday, August 24, 2025 at Centennial Airport, Pikes Peak, Stranahan's, Four Seasons Downtown Denver, and Denver Polo Club. In consideration for the privilege of volunteering at the Event, I hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this waiver of liability agreement.

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that volunteering for the Event may involve certain risks, including but not limited to, the risk of injury, illness, and damage to property. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily offering my services as a volunteer with full knowledge and understanding of the inherent risks involved in the Event.

2. Release of Liability: In consideration for my volunteer service at the Event, I hereby release and discharge the Morgan Adams Foundation, Pikes Peak, Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, Centennial Airport, Signature Aviation, Four Seasons Downtown Denver, Carole Ziegler, Bonhams, Denver Polo Club, Stranahan's, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and all other individuals associated with the event (collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, whether at law or in equity, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with my volunteer services at the Event.

3. Waiver of Claims: I waive any and all claims, whether arising from negligence or otherwise, against the Released Parties for any injury, illness, damage, loss, or harm that may occur to me or my property during the course of my volunteer services at the Event.

4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, or proceedings, as well as any costs, expenses, or liabilities incurred by the Released Parties, arising out of or in connection with my volunteer services at the Event.

5. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
