This zebra head represents all the uncommon or rare diseases that deserve to be represented. I have an immunodeficiency disorder that causes me to have a predisposition to familial hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH). Definitely uncommon. Also, the lime green stripes of the zebra are to represent lymphoma and my fight with cancer. The halo of my animal turns the zebra into an angel, so that something is always me from above, especially through my upcoming bone marrow transfer.
