Lisa Bonilla Panter, originally from the Los Angeles area, is a multi-media artist currently living in the Denver area. She has been involved in various arts and crafts workshops over the years, but much of her skill is self-taught. Lisa is inspired by many different methods and media. She has worked most recently with ceramic sculpture, assemblage, and the Coptic bound book structure. Lisa has always been a great lover of animals and nature, and indeed, much of her work is of animals. She will often point to what we stand to lose as our wants and needs are often at odds with the health of our environment. She aims to shine awareness on the beauty and the extraordinary of what is at stake.
