Christine is an interdisciplinary artist who pushes the boundaries between 2D and 3D, creating innovative sculptural wall art. By seamlessly integrating both traditional and experimental materials, she crafts dynamic pieces that balance texture and color to form visually captivating art that evolves and engages with every shift in light. She work blends her enduring passions for art and science, manifesting in attention-grabbing experiences through a rich depth of color, texture, and light interaction. She invites observation from multiple perspectives, offering a visual dialogue between form, color and light.
Christine originally trained in New York City at the Fashion Institute for Technology (FIT) in textile design and technology. She has a background in fine art and design, and brings both technical acuity and an unbridled spirit of wonder and discovery to all of her creations. She left the design world to study in California, travel in the western United States, and received my Master’s degree in Science Education. With this blended set of expertise, She translates scientific observations into creative expressions in a unique way, demonstrating how innovation can occur at the intersection of science and art.
