Carol worked predominately as a fiber artist. Metalsmithing long intrigued her and became part of her creative work. Both mediums reflect her desire to express the beauty of organic forms such as lichen, dry leaves, craggy bark, rocks, rusted metal, and more.
As an art quilter, Carol’s work was juried into national exhibitions, purchased by institutions and individuals. Meanwhile she developed her skill in metal work showing textured surfaces. Each piece is unique. The two cuffs offered to artma are textured copper with brass accents
