All applications will be reviewed by the Selection Committee, if your entry is selected for the Concours, you will receive a welcome letter. Entry into the Concours does not include automatic entry into other events, registration is required for all other events. Due to the complex inclement weather evacuation we have in place for Saturday night, as well as airport construction, we are limited in the number of entries we can show on the field. We cannot guarantee space for applications received after June 30th.

SAMPLE DESCRIPTION

1928 Bugatti Type 37A "Grand Prix" The "Grand Prix" Bugatti won over 1,000 races between 1925 and 1930. Only 1 of 300 examples, Chassis 37265 has a supercharged 1.5liter engine that is 90 hp and can reach speeds of over 100 mph. Chassis 37265 was registered as a Factory Works car for the 1927 Targa Florio and 1927 Circuito di Alessandria. Sold soon after to racing customers, she raced in the 1929 Monreos Borseaux Hillclimb (2nd place with Anne Itier), 1929 Grand Prix du Comminges, and 1929 Monbazillac Hill Climb (1st Place). After the war, owner J. Pollet, a Formula One Gordini Team driver, raced in the 1946 Trois Cities Race. Pollet installed Engine 228 and participated in the 1949 Grand Prix des Frontieres. In 1966, 37265 took a class award at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. 37265 carries original chassis, engine, coachwork, wheels and running components.

As The Morgan Adams Concours is first and foremost a charity fundraiser, we do not host traditional formal judging by class or marque. However, we do have honorary judges for each industry (Automobile, Aircraft and Motorcycle), all of whom bring strong backgrounds in their respective fields to these volunteer positions who will conduct French-style judging.

Sunday morning 9am-12pm at the Denver Polo Club, enjoy cars, coffee and community. If you are showing the same car as the Saturday night event, no additional donation is needed. Space is limited on the show field so register early. Suggested donation to exhibit a vehicle is $50 and includes entrance and the above items for you and a guest.

EXHIBITOR DONATION TO FUEL THE FUTURES OF KIDS AND TEENS WITH CANCER

The Morgan Adams Concours d'Elegance and The Sunday Soirée are charity-run events. We do not charge an application fee, but if you feel compelled to help us further our mission to fund pediatric cancer research, you can do so here.
If your vehicle is selected for the Saturday night event you will receive two general admissions for you and a guest, a value of $550. Although your vehicle may not be selected for the Saturday evening Concours d'Elegance event, everyone is welcome to show at The Sunday Soirée, for a suggested donation of $50.
Please note that submission of this application and donation does not guarantee acceptance to show your vehicle at the Saturday night event.

The Sunday Soirée

Sunday, August 23rd, exhibit your vehicle at the beautiful Denver Polo Club. You and a guest will enjoy cars, coffee, and community. This event is open to the public with paid admission. This exhibitor donation only applies to cars not shown on Saturday night. Suggested donation $50

Waiver of Liability(Required)

PARTICIPANT WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

Dear Participant,

We are delighted to welcome you as a participant in any or all of the exciting extra events of the 23rd annual Morgan Adams Concours d’Elegance (the “Event”), scheduled for Friday, August 21-Sunday, August 23, 2026. In consideration of your participation in the event, we kindly ask that you carefully read and sign this Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement.

Assumption of Risks: As a participant, you acknowledge and understand that participating in the Event involves inherent risks, including without limitation the following:

a. Accidents or incidents related to the setup, breakdown, and operation of exhibits.
b. Risks associated with the movement and display of your property and vehicles.
c. Potential exposure to loud noises and other sensory stimuli.
d. General risks associated with large public events.

Release of Liability: In consideration of participating in the Event, you, on behalf of yourself, your employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns, hereby release and discharge The Morgan Adams Concours d’Elegance, The Morgan Adams Foundation, Centennial Airport, Signature Aviation, Pikes Peak, Pikes Peak Hill International Hill Climb, The Four Seasons, Bonhams, Stranahan's, and/or the Denver Polo Club its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and agents (collectively referred to as “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether at law or in equity, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur as a result of your participation in the event.

Insurance: It is your responsibility to carry appropriate insurance coverage to protect against any claims or liabilities arising from your participation in the Event. You agree to insure and indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, and losses arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Event.

Compliance with Laws: You agree to understand and comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your participation in the Event.

Use of Photographs, Videos, Social Media: By participating in the Event, you agree to grant The Morgan Adams Foundation the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and publish photographs, videos, and other media captured during the event, which may include images of the participant's property, display, and personnel. This grant includes the right to use such materials for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to print and digital publications, social media platforms, websites, and any other medium now known or hereafter devised. Participant acknowledges that The Morgan Adams Foundation is not obligated to use any of the photographs, videos, or media, and retains the sole discretion to select, edit, and arrange the materials at its discretion. Participant further releases The Morgan Adams Foundation from any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of the use of the photographs, videos, or media, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Survivorship: This agreement is binding on the participant, its representatives, successors, and assigns, and insurers.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. You further warrant and represent you have the authority and right to bind participant to the terms of this agreement.
